This rodent is too expensive to me

An invading mouse is proved too destrurctive and expensive to me. Not only in money loss, it almsot put my pet Ginger as the victim....

That mouse was caught in Novemeber, but the problems was found in December when my two Lexus vehecles were found gas gauge not working. It bit the wire and cut off the connection between the sensor and the gas tank. It cost me almost a thousand dollar to fix the cars. Then we assume there are more rodent family left in the garage, so we bought traps and baits trying to "clean" the rest of mice. But we found no furhter trait of the rodents. However, my nightmare continues.

Today I found Ginger was playing with two empty and deformed plastic cases. Checking with wife Grace, she was shocked and predicted that Ginger will be dying soon because she ate two doses of baits. This happens after the janitors clean the room, and removed the fencing wall that Grace used to block the baits. I happen to let her inside garage because the heavy rain visited So Cal. Oh, my God, how can I imagine this active little thing dead shortly whose only short coming is the extreme desire to eat! I decided to take her to a vet store. Eventually, doctor said she might be dying in a week with internal bleeding if I didn't take her for treatment early enough. Thanks God, it may seems her life can abe saved, but I cannot take it for granted.

That night I asked our massager Mr. Dong to take the cage out with the mouse caught inside. I asked that when he was way outside, he took time to open the gate and let it go. I didn't know how he handled it eventually. But now, I may just ask him to just kill it as my revenge. It is too expensive an invader!

"一字千金"現代最新版

Recently, material price shoot up in an alarming ratefor some reason. Accordingly many Chinese vendors have been raising prices for new order. One of my vendors in Guandong raised 14% on our order abruptly. We protested with all the possible reasoning only to find no result. Then, with the last resort I had to do something special to catch their attention. I made a nice poem for the sales lady. Actually I have made some vague promise when we were in the dinner hosted by their company during Shanghai show last November. This poem starts with the name of the lady. Her Chinese name is 鈺璇. Since it is so cold everywhere in North hemisphere, everybody is looking for the warmth of Spring. I gave her this poem in this good timing:

鈺池飛荷春暖日

璇河涴梅花開時

The next day, we got a discount for 5% which is amount about US$1600 at saving. (Of course, it was authorized by her boss, but without her approach, it can't not be done) This means that 14 words are making money by $114+ each, which could convert into NT$3,600each word, that fit the Chinese idiom as 一字千金.

Of course, the lady is pretty and friendly that gives me enough inspiration (or willingness) for the complimentary words. Anyway, I am happy that my small wit start to bring me money. ha ha .
